At Air Protein, we’re building a new kind of food company that liberates food production from the constraints of time, land and climate.

Air Protein is on a mission to feed the world's growing population with meat made without using arable land. Using a proprietary probiotic production process, its air-based protein has an amino acid profile comparable to animal-based protein. It uses elements found in the air (CO2, oxygen, nitrogen) combined with water, minerals and renewable power, to produce a nutrient-rich, air-based meat enriched with crucial B vitamins that are often deficient in a vegan diet.
