Ziqitza Healthcare provides emergency medical response services and patient transport services in India and the Gulf states. So far, it has served 42.5 million people in India. It is the winner of the Times Social Impact Award and was ranked 34th in the Real Leaders Impact Awards in 2021.

COVID-19 Response

Ziqitza Healthcare (ZHL) has served over 250,000 critically ill COVID-19 patients by transporting them from home to the hospital in time using its fleet of 3,000 ambulances. It has over 10,000 workers providing emergency medical services. A panel of doctors has managed over 20,000 calls a day on its telemedical helpline, addressing queries on COVID-19 symptoms and treatments.

Each individual in our team has experienced extreme personal hardship in serving the citizens of this country since the COVID-19 pandemic unfolded. In trying times like these, they have had to up-scale their services overnight. My team adopted a two-fold approach to manage COVID-19 situations. Since the onset of the pandemic, ZHL has been answering each call regarding COVID-19 with utmost care and in adherence with protocols received from state governments.
